Door Control Systems
A customer required a product development partner for the design and engineering of commercial door operators, including the motor control unit.
Skantex led the complete electronics, firmware, and product design development from concept through production-ready deliverables, aligned with applicable UL compliance requirements.
The scope included system architecture, circuit design, PCB development, embedded firmware, power electronics integration, and engineering support for manufacturability and validation.
In addition, Skantex provided extended ecosystem support by coordinating with vendors and manufacturing partners for customisation, component sourcing, and production alignment.
